The Author
The author of everything on this site is a 20 year old American female named Cole who currently resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband. They previously lived in Japan, on a military base. Originally born and raised in Wisconsin, she has been writing as a creative outlet for over 10 years and although she does not write professionally, has had writing published in local publications and via the website Poetry.com.
Besides writing her interests include reading (generally fantasy), the internet, video/computer games (Maplestory and S/NES), graphic and web design, chatting, iconeering, listening to music, “amateur” photography, Sci-Fi television, her cat Floppy, her sister Samantha, spending time with her husband, dark art and photography, Gothic fashion, the arcane, obscure, mysterious and occult, BDSM, Mt. Dew and, for some reason, ponies.
In the future she hopes to attend mortuary school, although she is fickle and her goals change quite frequently. Although writing has never been an intended career, having more work published will never completely be out of the question.
Inspiration
Although a few of these poems and stories are purely fantasy, the events surrounding and people within her life have provided inspiration for most of these writings. For that she is grateful and would like to take the time to name a few names. To those of you who know and those of you who don’t, this is all thanks to you: Rian, Randy, Amanda, mom, Liz, Shannon, Cally, Chris, Chele, Josh, Dan, Jason, Phil, and everyone at Crowfans who so patiently read this, even though they didn’t have to!
